into the Carter Notch and over to the
Wildcats ridge

Carter-Moriah Trail The Carter Notch Hut is located near the smaller lake. Al pointed out an open ledge over at the Wildcat Mountain that has a nice view over to the Carter range, I believe this (my Wildcats hike) is where he meant.
