According to this map, the total distance is
10mi. We met at 7:30AM, at the parking lot of the AMC Highland Center. I
arrived 15 min ahead.
The group consist of Ed, the leader and
Darcy, Carol and I.
We started around 7:45AM, hiked up Avalon
Tr to Mt Avalon, and then Mt Field. From Mt Field, we hiked to Mt Willey
(had lunch there) then back to Mt Field and continued to Mt Tom. Finally
descend from via A-Z Tr and Avalon Tr back to the parking lot. | |
