I pulled my right knee while scrambling
down mt Garfield. I was a little
disappointed but no pain so far.
This section of the Garfield Ridge Trail
is very very steep. It was harder for me
since I have bad knees. I didn't want to
risk any further damage. Knowing that I
had already made very good time so far,
I cut myself some slack and hike a little
slower from here to Galehead hut.
