Can't remember exactly what time I left
the hut. While descending on the Gale
River trail, I continued to run into the
rest of the of families who would
stay at the hut tonight making their way up, all
were mom and dad with their kids. Most
of the kids were whining, the parents
although tire, still put up a happy face
:-)
They too
kept asking how far to the hut. "Half an
hour downhill". The Gale River trail is
a whole lot gentler than the Garfield
Ridge thou, so hang in there.
