Back to the Lion Head. We could barely see into the Huntington Ravine from here. The visibility was poorer than this mornig.
There were still many groups of hikers coming up at this hour. One group decided to turn around without trying to summit.
When we returned to the Pinkham Notch Visitor Center, Larry asked the staff about the temperature at 1 PM, the staff checked the computer and told him it was -4 degree, wind speed @ 25 MPH, -31 windchill.
