The brook was covered with snow. We get back to the parking lot before 4 PM. Knowing that the snow would get worse later the day, I changed into dry cloth and headed right home. Route 16 was not adequately plowed, and the drive home was much worse than the hike to the summit. It took me a good 4 hours to get home, comparing to this morning only took 2.5 hours.
